NSPIREos Help¶
NSPIREos is the inspection app for Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher agencies. An inspector walks the unit room by room on a phone, taps what fails, takes photos, collects signatures, and the complete inspection record (a PDF) is built and emailed the moment the unit is finalized. The office schedules, imports units, tracks corrections and re-inspections, and sends work orders. Property managers and owners get a link to their own page, no password needed.
For inspectors
Sign in, find the unit, walk it, review and finalize. Works without signal.
For the office
People, settings, properties and units, import, scheduling, inspections, work orders.
For property managers, owners and crews
The property page link, the readiness walk before an inspection, and the work order link.
NSPIRE-V in brief
Severities, correction deadlines, pass and fail, and the compliance date.
Spanish text for review
Every Spanish sentence beside its English, for a Spanish reader to check.
